AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My one and only order with them has been incredibly disastrous. I placed an order with them for 2500 business cards to the tune of $82.45 on March 2nd. Poor quality, poor customer service, and a huge increase in prices in the last year. Not worth it. We'd been supporting GotPrint for years but will no longer support them. We reached out to their customer service team before leaving this review, so any reply asking us to contact their supervisor or saying that someone will reach out to us is not sincere. The guarantee they have on their website is there for show. I was scammed. If there is an issue with your order, you will receive a canned response taking no responsibility for their error. They will give you a refund but expect you to pay return shipping, even if it is their printing error. I chose them to support a small , family-owned business. Never again. I should have paid more attention to the default settings. I ordered cards for two Etsy businesses and the cards themselves were easy to design. However, the default finish is glossy instead of flat and the cards look horrible/cheap. I used to love GotPrint; used them for everything. The past few times their production time has been abysmally slow. I'm currently waiting for three orders that have been sitting in production for a very long time (website advertises 2-5 business days -- it's been two weeks since the order was approved and went into print). As a partner and company that has used Got Print for over 5,6 or more years, the decline of their customer service quality had gone completely downhill. I placed an order of 100 family Christmas cards that unfortunately did not go well. The cards were doubled-sided and on the back side the pictures looked great - exactly how the proofs appeared. Initially, I thought nothing was going to be done, but they came thru and issued a refund and quickly delivered new cards with print modifications. Hmmm....I was a little surprised to see some of the one star ratings. From what I read, I would say that those customers that encountered problems did not submit camera ready artwork that was to spec. I have never had a problem with the end product. I use the template provided by GotPrint for Illustrator. After completing my design, I then convert the finished piece to PDF Format and that is what I submit as camera ready artwork. My father (her husband) recently passed away and this was a memorial booklet comprised of comments and photos from friends and family. She said it completely surpassed anything she had expected. They have worked with me when I called customer service to see if I can get an order changed. I have used gotprint for over 4 years and have been overly satisfied with every product received. If you are a first time customer or new customer, request a sample kit. It will make selecting the right products and the correct paper weights/finishes easier when you can see & feel what your finished product will look like. Inexpensive and nice quality business cards and flyers. I love the price and speed. We started talking to a local printer and he kept trying to sell me on every bell and whistle and spend $1500.00 on printing 1000 business cards and 5000 5 x 7 postcards. I had problems from the beginning. They took forever to print my slim cut business cards. I ordered on 9/18 and they took my money very quickly the next day and then they spent 3 days doing nothing! and they were business days! This company cannot give an accurate printing completion day and time. Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping because they cannot turn around a print job in less than 4-5 business days regardless of what it says on their website (that does not include the shipping time) and when you call and ask even if they can see a job they cannot tell you when it will be complete. I have used Got Print on numerous occasions for a variety of bulk printing jobs. Pros: You can NOT beat their cost. Their prices are incredible. The print quality is great. This company is a joke. Dont waste your money or time on them. Their employees dont know how to explain a calendar to you and speaking with a Matt in Management he had a hard time explaining it too. Every other printing company will tell you a page is a 2 sided sheet. Gotprint.... a page is 2 pages..... its an awesome way for them to sound competitive on print pricing until you go to place the order and they tell you a traditional 12 month calendar is a 26 page calendar.
