If there was an option to leave no stars at all, I would've done it !!! They don't send their items and when you call asking for a replacement and/or a refund, they send you an insurance (THEIR insurance) papers and ask you to print it out, fill it out, sign it AND send it back to them so they can claim money from their insurer, I think it's a fake business online made to rip people off, the interactions i got with their "customer service" were a nightmare, they stole $80+ from me, given the... I like the Levitator Lifts the best. Something about the material that is more comfortable than the others. I tried most of the ones you would see on ebay or amazon but the material is just too hard on my feet. They also seem to all look alike but have different names. I am 5'1" and with the 2.5 inch lift they sell I am almost 5'5" with my shoes on. So far I have used them for over a year and they are still in useable shape. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHEAP MADE IN CHINA COMPANY. SHOES ARE AWFUL, THE BLACK IS COMING OFF MY BOOTS AND I JUST RECEIVED THEM. THEY SEEM TO BE USED SHOES THAT THEY HAVE RE-SOLED AND ADDED INSERTS AND THEN USED A BLACK DYE TO FINISH THEM UP. COMPANY GOES BY SEVERAL NAMES. I ordered a size 12. They sent me a size 9.5 which of course was too small. They refused to admit they made a mistake and I am out $60 in shipping costs of which they refuse to reimburse. This is one of the worst online companies I have ever dealt with and I don't think I am the only one with problems. I urge you to beware and not to deal with this company. Good style selection, i have never seen any retailer carry motocycle boots that are elevated. The shoe is high quality and I've received good comment about it. It definitely helps shorter guy like me. Will come back for more. Read More »

DONT' RISK YOUR MONEY -as a previous reviewer said, hard to return shoes that don't fit and get your money back... I was promised a full refund then told I would only get a store credit... I was actually keeping two pairs of shoes that fit and was trying to return the two pairs of the same styles that didn't fit... and got the worst customer service run-around I have had in years from "Mike H."
