My toilet was not flushing properly. The water level was too low and I had to flush several times to accomplish the complete clearance of the line. Nick & his colleague arrived promptly at 9 a.m. as scheduled (they covered their shoes with "booties" before entering the house, which pleased me). They were both pleasant and efficient.
