Bottom line I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I will never go to this place again. I can't wait to pay off my car and anyone who is thinking about going to this palce please RUNNN!!!. They hararress me and they make promises that they dont keep. I woulda gave them no star but It didn't let me. You know, there are alot of bad reviews out there about CFS. I want to tell you, it doesnt have to be that bad. Most of the reviews have been from late payers. Well I myself have been late with them. If you call them, instead of waiting for them to call YOU, they are much more willing to work with you. They have been great with me. My husband and I bought a car that was financed by Challenge Financial and I just want to say that I want to thank Bertha Rodriguez for being there to help me all the way. I bought a truck with challenge financial and never had a problem thanks to the help of Bertha Rodriguez was never ruedo and would never threatening me of picking up my truck like other people would probably do. I want to say that not everyone at challenge is the same. I almost lost my car because I wasn't able to make payments due to my sons health. Thanks to Bertha Rodriguez and Jerry I was able to keep my car. Bertha worked on me getting extensions and lowered my payments. If it wasn't for her I would have lost my much needed car. This companies representatives lie, threaten and otherwise act in an extremely unprofessional manner. I purchased a car from San Clemente Auto with whom I have a great relationship. At first, they were financing my loan themselves. After 2 years they transferred my account to Challenge Financial. i financed a car in November 2008 from reposses auto and in November 2010 I received a letter telling me I was going to be financed with Challenge Financial Services. The wrorst mistake ever. They have the worst customer service skills ever. They lie about everything. I was promised to get a payment due date change and nothing it has been 3 months later. This finance company has the worst customer service in existence. Beware, the reps in this company use threats, harassment and disrespect the customer when a payment has not been made on or before the due date. Please notice that I mean a payment.
