Totally disappointed. Prices are expensive for what you get. Was guided on the phone of a "nice" necklace. Paid for overnight shipping. Only positive I can say is the shipping was on time. The necklace feels like a toy and the chain is so thin it cuts my daughters neck. Goto a regular jewelry store and buy local and see what you are getting. My son lost his cross that I had bought him from the Vatican 10 years ago. I did a complete internet search looking for a similar cross to replace it and came upon Apples of Gold website. Apples of Gold has a well-built website and great customer service. I called to ask if one of their rings could be made custom (by altering the metals) and they cheerfully agreed, for a small extra charge. Since their prices were extremely reasonable anyway, this was no problem, and it added no time to the delivery window. This business never delivered my item, but they promptly charged my credit card. I ordered a white gold bracelet for my wife for her b-day, 2 weeks in advance, and after a week passed by with no shipment in sight I called them. They gave me all kinds of excuses, like "the manufacturer gave us a tracking number, but when I enter it, it gives us an error message." On 9/26/07, I ordered a Men's Onyx Bracelet for myself & White Gold Earrings for my wife. The items arrived two (2) days later. I just couldn't believe it.
