Very poor service. Service advisors have a poor attitude Non proactive arrogant and egotistic-Went in to get my 02 sensor checked out because my fuel consumption has increased and an oil change-In any event I did purchase a $2500 extended warranty on an 08 vehicle in which i did verify did cover my 02 sensor and they were not able to offer a solid explanation as to why my vehicle has been running "rich" nor did they offer a diagnostic when it was brought to their attention when i signed the s... The service is very bad. i took my car in and they said they fixed everything and i paid. in about a week the problems were back. they never changed the oil. the oil was black. its very ridiculous. Read More »
