Placed order on 10/1/10, VISA was charged that day and I was assigned contract number. On 10/4/10 I received an email from Ed Merati with a pdf indicating that everything was scheduled and pickup would be between 10/11 and 10/15. Never heard another single word from them!!! I hired this company to ship a motorcycle that I had purchased in Beaver Creek, Utah and deliver it to Dayton, Nevada. I hired them on the 19th of June and they said that they would pick up the bike within 1-5 business days which they did, picking it up on the 25th of June. They said that they would deliver it within 5-10 business days which they did not.
