Free lessons were OK, but you had to signup with a credit card. Guess what happened next. Submitted required form to stop before the free period ended. After four months I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company. They then promised to stop charging my and and (out of the generosity of their heart) they refunded one of the four month charges. No matter how good the free time was, they are a dark money pit. I Ordered digital downloadable lessons from the company to the tune of approx. $100. The company failed to provide a link or email that would permit me to have access to my purchased downloads. Customer service is all automated or nonexistant. I have been trying for 3 days to get in contact with an actual person to discuss either a refund, or access to the downloadable material that I purchased. www.hearandplaypiano.com/piano needs to recieve this complaint about my attempt to do business with them......tried to log in to order for a friends birthday and the site just kept telling me that for security reasons I had to type some numbers in so they would know I was a real person. I kept typing the numbers they gave me in and submitting the answer and it would just give me another number to type in....the site gave no information on where to send an email to complain to them or a phone...
