I am very unpleased with Simone & Son Jewelers. I gave Shant(Son), a deposit of $1000 for an engagement ring to be made and was asked when I want the ring. I told them 2 weeks and Shant said OK. The ring took almost a month to complete. Also, I was promised to be shown a mold of the engagement ring before it was made and I was shown a mold of a different ring. Wow.... is all I can say about this great place. I came in to look at diamond stud earrings and had quick and very very great service. I was shown several stones in my price range and love all of them. This was the first stop at several places and will likely buy from them.
