When first contacted by Paul Kim, I was not looking to refinance, but after speaking to Paul at length, it just made good business sense for me to refinance my home before the spike in interest rates came down. The amount of effort Michelle Sweeney and Melanie Green committed to our effort is noteworthy. Communication was constant and true. Very pleasant and caring in achieving the end result I was after. I would like to thank All American Lending for giving me Michelle Sweeney and Melanie Green to work with on my VA loan refinance, i could have not ask for anyone better. They both were always keeping me up to date on everything that was going on and kept a positive atitude and smile (even though I could not see it) when i was sometimes driving them nuts. I was already in an adequate spot so was really just looking at an opportunity to refinance with reduced rate and terms. All American Lending was very patient and gave me insights when market reacted favorably. All American Lending had very attractive rates and an easy process to close. From the beginning the loan process was easy and comfortable. We worked with the same loan specialist from the start. They were informative and personable. We always got our calls returned. All American Lending, Inc. is not part of the Veteran’s Administration (although they are an approved VA lender)… they were very successful in getting me a VA loan at an extremely low rate. Unfortunately, the original fee worksheet that was sent to me failed to include all the fees, additional interest charges, tax reserves, etc. Therefore, after I submitted all my paperwork and invested $450 into an appraisal… I was hit with sticker shock after receiving the revised HUD. All American Lending did a FHA insured refinance mortgage loan for my wife and I. The process was quite simple although there was ALOT of paperwork. They closed the FHA insured refinance loan within 3 weeks. The numbers that were on our closing packet with the notary public including our FHA insurance payments was what we were always promised. Jacqueline, thank you for your cheerful, outstanding help and your professional skills that successfully managed my Loan through the rigors of the VA Loan process. I worked with Tiffany Gregorio on the refinance and could not ask for anyone better suited to do the Job! She was awesome! She was always keeping me up to date on how things were going.
