I ordered 4 ceramic number tiles for my house. After finding out that they were not the right size and I requested to return them. They told me that they do not return "plaques or signs". Since when are number tiles considered plaques or signs. If it would have said something on their website or at checkout then I can understand. They were adamant that they wouldn't return the numbers. In my opinion, that is misleading and unethical. I WILL NOT order from them again! Read More »

I ordered numbers for my outdoor mailbox and the description said solid dark oil bronze finish, well when I received the numbers the very light rubber coating was already peeling off to expose a very light colored metal under it. If they would have said that they were poorly coated, I would never had purchased them. I emailed them and just like when my package took forever, there is still no response.
