This company has bad business ethics. I had unauthorized charges on my account. I called them immediately, they wanted me to contact the business that made the charges. I did. I submitted my receipts to show what I was supposed to pay, what was actually charged, a recall stating everyone (dates/times) I spoke to, and the claim papers themself.
