I was in the market for a 2013 Lexus SUV. I went to Newport Lexus dealership and test drove a car there. I was reluctant to purchase it after the test drive. However, the sales person told me: what if I give you a price that you can't say no. (The sales person's name was Mark.) I agreed to sit with him for price negotiation. Terrible, services, I have been a customer for Lexus for more than 10 years, bouthgt 2 cars from but, but, last Friday, and it's my first time went to Newport Lexus for service after my first week purchased car from them. . 5 stars drops to 1 star... My experience with newport lexus was top notch, and have incredibly good things to say about them. Service, work, free car washes, prompt repairs, loaner cars, treated great. However I feel the victim of fraudulent sales practices. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle, (Or at least was told that it was during the whole process, and how that certification could not be removed, in exchange for lowering price). The sales people and management as far as I can tell are very dishonest - willing to tell lies right to your face. I was in this dealership very recently and was quoted price + interest + term + down payment and payment. I could not do the math in my head but the payment looked suspiciously high, so I asked the sales rep if he was trying something funny with the payment.
