I placed an order and the confirmation said the total was $33, they charged me $56 and wouldn't let me cancel it. When you call customer service you get an answering service, not an actual person in the company. When I finally did get through to someone, they lied to me about the delivery time and the amount the local florist charged to deliver the flowers. I called the local florist and found out the truth. I placed an order at 7AM and received a voice message at 12PM the same day telling me that my online order did not meet the minimum amount required for delivery and that he was sorry I wasn't told so upon purchase. He asked that I call him back to let him know if I'd like to cancel my order or pay $6 more to meet the delivery requirement. This is absolutely the worst company ( STAY AWAY ) I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mom for Thanksgiving. I ordered flowers on line order#332873 and promised the same day delivery, Now is Saturday still not Delivered Thanksgiving flowers. Employees said that this is a California company that all they do is to SCAM people by taking their money and no Refund. I called my credit card company and they opened a dispute. On June 2, 2011, I ordered a birthday arrangement online for delivery on June 3. Payment of $124.00 was drafted from checking immediately. On June 16 I found out that the arrangement had never arrived, and I called customer service. There was apology and assurance of an immediate delivery, to be followed by a confirmation call and email. By June 21, still no confirmation. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet on May 5, 2011, which was to be delivered on May 6, 2011. A representative called on May 8, 2011 and indicated that they would deliver the arrangement on that day, two days late, for an additional $15.00 fee. As I was out of town, I received the message on Tuesday, May 10, 2011; the flowers had still not been delivered. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day (5-9-10). Not only did the flowers show up late (Monday) but they showed up wilted and NOT what I ordered. The florist that delivered them also had the nerve to tell me mom "he drove 35 minutes out of his way to bring her the flowers". On 5/6/10, I googled mother's day flower delivery and this website popped up on the right side. It didn't work so I copied pasted it to a new browser window. I ordered the flowers in the amount of $41.85(I have the receipt) to be delivered to my mother on 5/7/10. The flowers were never delivered.
