This company is excelllent. Created trust 2007 and just updated many things. Spoke to Yadira Mendoza and she was excelllent with all the changes. They needed to redo medical directives pour over will section 2-10 and the charge was 240 plus 100 for 2 week delivery time instead of 8 to 10 weeks which is important because it doesn't become effective until notarized and sent back to them. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first contacted AmeriEsate. I knew my father had set up the trust, I had a copy, but I never expected to be guided with such care and patience like I was. Stephanie Lane explained all the details in a language I could understand. We attended an informational presentation by Don Swaim who thoroughly explained the advantages of a Living Trust. We had put off a will and decided on the spot that the Living Trust was the best way to go. A will does not keep your heirs out of probate court but a living trust does. Within a week we heard from their account manager and we are to speak with our case lawyer tomorrow evening. The last few days have been so frustrating. I am refinancing my home which has actually been an ordeal. They were asking for forms that I did not have nor did i understood how to complete them. My dad has hired AmeriEstate Legal Plan to prepare his trust. The only information received in a timely fashion are the invoices. The local (NC) representative has been professional and helpful, but the headquarters in California has been problematic. I have been trying to contact the AmeriEstate toll-free number 1-800-235-0963 for a few hours today, but it either disconnects or there is a busy signal. It was my father who discovered AmeriEstate Legal Plan. After researching high-end legal firms in the Los Angeles area, Dad decided to have his revocable living trust created through a provider attorney at AmeriEstate.
