Purchased a slide just over a year and a half ago. The slide is defective and wearing in the same spot. We have been through 2 slide covers, the last only only lasting 3 months. The company refuses to return my phone calls and every time I call they just put me into voicemail. Now the slide is starting to wear in that same spot. Poor customer service and defective product. I purchased three pieces from Jumpions last year! They delivered on time! Only issue was thy sent cheap stakes! They replaced some but not all the stakes! This year I ordered two more pieces at the Iaapa show! They did not make the deadline! Never could get a decent response after 15 emails and 5 phone calls I finally got them to agree to a refund! I placed my order with Ivan, concluded my payment to Jamie for the products. They gave me a great deal for buying three units. I ordered a 13 x 13 unisex moon bounce and an 18" water slide along with a 24" water slide. My dentist talked me into getting the third one which is the 24" I got a deal for 7500 dollars. This has to be the worst company to order bounce houses from. I placed an order for three units in the beginning of April and have yet to receive them. Everytime I call to speak to the "customer service specialist" (Ivan Perez) that took down my order they always have an excuse why he can't take my call. This company is the worse company I have made bussiness with. I paid for 5 units and they were suppose to ship them a week ago. They haven't done anything, I don't have my units, they don't want to credit the money to my credit card. It's a completly dissapointment. This is one of the worst Inflatable companies out there. They provided great customer service to get the sale. Then after the sale they won't talk to you and when they do they give you the run around. I purchased two inflatable slides from jumpions, one custom order (it was wrong) its been five month now and I still don't have my slide. Lost money because I couldn't rent it out, lost more money on shipping, and more money on interest on a product I don't have. Over $800.00 in finances so far... Read More »
