Not sure what the two below reviewers are talking about I have had nothing but awesome things to say about this company. Lupe, the receptionist was courteous, efficient and was able to get a cleaning team to make me happy and I have been through many cleaning companies. On 03/19/14 I solicited home cleaning services from Maid in California. I spoke with Ramona, a CSR and we agreed to have Ms. Maria clean my home on 03/20/14. The agreed terms were their standard rates of $35 per hour for up to two hours for first time customers. We agreed that once Maria arrived at my home she would inspect my home and I would be contacted if the cleaning service was to cost more than the agreed upon price of $70. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Cancelled service & moved on to a new service. The acutal cleaners that come out to your home are very professional (some missed cleaning issues), BUT if you have any issues or problems & need to speak with the office staff (specifically Xochitl - prounounce Soshi) - dont waste your time. This agency doesn't return calls. Their workers don't arrive on time. If their workers break your personal items, they do not take any responsibility for your loss. As a first-time customer, they will tell you that you have to have your house deep cleaned. This is supposed to take 4+ hours. In my case, the workers were in my house for 1hr. 17min. I recommend Maid in CA if you need a company that does a good job to clean your home. The owner is always making sure that I was happy with the services they provided to me. Excellent service. Arrived on time and did great work. Can not understand other reviews. Perhaps that's a groupon thing. When you set up appts directly with the Service they are great. Use them if you want a clean house and can speak to the cleaners in English. Used several other Companies in the OC and these were the best! Read More »

Had a great experience with this company. I purchased a Groupon a few months back but did not want to call right away to schedule service since I knew they would be really busy. I called last week to make the appointment answered a few questions, chose a date and blindly trusted the company enough to have them come in to my home with no one home. When I made my appointment to use the Groupon coupon two weeks ago I was told one lady, Maria was coming to my house and the lady on the phone went over I would get 2 hours of cleaning with the coupon and suggested it will probably take 3 hours to clean my house and quoted $32.00 for the extra hour, which I said I'll tell my husband if she isn't done then it was $32.00 for the extra hour so have her do it if it looks like we need it.
