Absolutely terrible company. I have bought from them three times the first time was a good experience... the second time I preordered an item which was a huge mistake. They pushed the release date three times then on Christmas opened the item up for direct buy,when I confronted them they said that preorders only meant you were garunteed to get the item at some point... This company is a scam. Two weeks before Christmas they sold me items that were in stock. Suddenly the items are no longer in stock to ship even through the website STILL shows them as in stock. Airsoft GI is a very good site! The webpage is very easy to use and it is a good overall site. Sometimes I have problems with items not being in stock, because of high demand, but they usually are restocked pretty soon. About 5 months ago, my son bought an airsoft gun from Airsoft GI. We needed to get a copy of the manual. I looked on line for hours trying to find a copy for this particular gun only to have to give up. I called Harrison at Airsoft GI and asked for help. I purchased an F2000 from the website a while back ago. It arrived at my door broken out of the box, so Airsoft GI allowed me to return the gun so they could repair it. He wasthe most helpful person i have ever met. i sent him about 15 questions and he answered every single one of them with the type of specific answer i was looking for. Have ordered twice from Airsoft GI with no problems, expect 4 days for the order to be processed before anything gets shipped. The packaging is nice and safe, like amazon or any trusted company. My gun had a card with it that said that it was tested and even crono'd before shipping. It shot at what they said it would. 4/5 stars because the processing could be quicker. Read More »

Airsoft GI is by far the best places to by airsoft guns. Even if you don't buy in store they have an amazingly well organized online website with amazing customer support. I ordered a Airsoft rifle and the webpage showed that it was in stock. Unfortunatly I receivd an e-mail that it had gone out of stock and I would have to put it on pre-order. I purchased some airsoft product from Airsoft GI's walk-in store on 3/30/2011. One of the items purchased started to mechanically fail during the second use of the airsoft AEG gun. I returned the gun to their walk-in store 4/18/2011 and notified them of the mechanical failure. I think this is the best airsoft store out there. They have such a great selections on airsoft products. Their customer service members work their hardest to keep the customer happy. I am writing this review about AirsoftGI on my current dealing with them about a complaint. I went to the their walk-in store to purchase a airsoft rifle that had problems out of the box. I went back in and ask for a repair and they immediately took it back since it has an in-store 14-day warranty but later on the problem persisted and have to keep going back for repairs. I just wanted to let you know why Airsoftgi is my only retailer from now on. I made an order last week and the item was out of stock. I called and talked to Nathan who work with me for a long time trying to find a replacement part, for the out of stock item, as I needed it for an upcoming event. For a company which advertises 100% satisfaction, they provide anything but. I purchased a CYMA CMo42A AK-47 airsoft electric rifle from this company in late November which was shipped in early December. Since it was a christmas present, It wasn't even taken out of the box for weeks. It was advertised as "all metal" but important parts of the gun were plastic.(i.e. the stock, foregrip and most importantly, the magazine.) I purchased the SOCOM Gear R700 Sniper Rifle Airsoft Gun online on November 19, 2009.My son opened up the gift on Christmas Day and it has never worked. Bought a ECHO 1 G36C from airsoftgi.com couldn't be happier shipping was prompt about 4 days for their free ground shipping. Decided to use AGI after many VTA members told me about their excellent customer service.
