I received a bill from CRNA Robert T. Stewart c/o Monox Billing Service ACCT# RRS130558 on 02 June 2014. The bill states it is a Third Notice when in fact it is a First Notice. I called and spoke with Yesenia #117 who stated that she did not know I had TRICARE after I informed her that I was active duty military and my entire medical is covered 100%.
