This company doesn't deserve even one star. They never respond to your emails, support tickets, and the customer representatives on the phone are always busy and unreachable. I paid for a premium listing that never even showed up on there website. After almost 2 months, 4 support tickets, 2 emails, and talked to almost every customer representative there is and still they have yet to fix it or even contact me back. Beware, it was brought to my attention that websitebroker.com is allowing their sellers to sell their web sites multiple times. There is no system in place to protect the buyer. I bought a web site two days ago and made the paypal payment to the seller. After a couple of days without a response I grew suspicious and contacted the same seller under a different username. You only get an answer when you pay......the more you pay, the quicker you get your answer. They advertise "free" answers to legal questions but when you get into the site and ask your question, you get emails stating that your question is on a 5 day hold, BUT, if you want to pay $40.00 your question will be forwarded to a lawyer quicker.
