Ark's John Lopez was called to our home on multiple occasions and we were pleased. John is very professional and really cared to give us complete disclosure and recommendations to repair/restore/leave alone. His work is detailed and we felt we could trust John. Ark Restoration, owned by John Lopez, came to our house to fix a leak we had in our upstairs bathroom drain line. He impressed us so much with his work that when it looked like we had another mysterious leak, his company was the one we called again. We turned out to not have a leak this time, but we did need other plumbing-related work done, so we asked him to do it. Wow! The quality was terrific.
