I’ve used Eyeglassesdepot several times several time’s now and I can’t fault the products or the service. I’ve also had to return a pair of Persol’s that I didn’t like and the return process was faultless - I used recorded delivery for peace of mind, but they do supply a return envelope and the refund was processed Straight away and took about two days. I wished I had seen all these negative reviews about this co. before I placed my order. Below is a summary of what happened. I ordered a pair of Burberry sunglasses on May 11 and was told that the one they had in stock was damaged after I paid for the item. They told me it will take 2 weeks for the new one to arrive. Dont bother using this company. As you will read from the other reviews they are crooks. After ordering my glasses they then told me over on line chat that they where out of stock and would get a refund. Still waiting for that refund. You will never be abeal to get in touch with them and they will be quick to take your money and you will never see the product. Read More »

Much like the other reviewers, I echo the negative sentiment for this company. They are crooks. You will be charged for your order immediately, however, you can not expect to receive your order for several weeks, if at all. I too have attempted to contact the company dozens of times, have left several voice messages, and have written them concerning my order. If you're thinking about ordering from Vision Specialists, STAY AWAY! They also run the website TheFinalChance.com. They are the same company so stay away from both. When I first found visionspecialists.org I was so excited because I can't find Coach eyeglass frames anywhere in my area.
