I ordered an XL black ink cartridge from InkPlusToner.com on Oct. 19, 2010 for my HPc309a printer. It has already ran out of ink. This printer is ONLY used for home/personal use. Used VERY little. When I tried to phone their toll free number during work hours I got a recording asking for me to leave a message. Are they OPEN or NOT? Avoid this firm at all costs - because it will cost you dearly! I ordered two toner cartridges from them and the invoice and website clearly state they are genuine products. What I received was remanufactured products which do not work! I contacted them and the told me to return the cartridges which I did immediately. I have the proof of delivery from the USPS.
