We have used JVJ Construction twice this last year to repair storm damage to our ceiling (including new insulation,addition of an attic fan, ceiling lights and painting of the entire room) and to upgrade our ceiling construction and replace windows in our guest house. This past September, I used JVJ Construction to diagnose and fix my leaking upstairs patio. My patio had been incorrectly repaired several times over the last few years. Freddy (the owner) was the first person to discover and verify the source of the leak(s) before providing me an estimate for the repair. Freddy's work crew was both courteous and professional. Freddy Esquivel provided plumbing, electrical and construction services for a remodel project I completed summer 2011. I was totally satisfied with his services. His pricing was fair and the quality of services he and his crew provided was exceptional. The projects were completed on time with no costly overruns. JVJ Construction has done a number of jobs for our company in the past, and has always performed very well. We would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. We manage over 300 apartment units and have hired JVJ Construction do do a wide range of jobs from roof repair and replacement to electrical and plumbing work.
