I signed up for Pro Results after moving to California and was verbally assured by the rep that they were a very flexible company and if I need be, I could forfeit the training contract at anytime, although the contract itself did specify otherwise.(That should have been my first red flag) During the 3rd month of my contract, I got into a serious accident and suffered head trauma involving dizzy and black out spells. In the spring of 2010, my wife went to LA Fitness / Pro Results in Orlando (Waterford Chase area) to get a gym membership. There she was talked into purchasing also a training program. She does not understand very well English and she is not experienced with contracts. She is slightly overweight and they promised her that by following this program she will lose weight.
