I want to cancel the renewal of the subscription to which I subscribed on December 19th, 2012. The date of renewal is envisaged on February 19th, 2013 and has to by cancel. I was registered with Epoch , after 1 week I canceled my membership and I received confirmation email from them that my membership is canceled , but after 3 weeks they took money from my account even though my membership is canceled which made me mad , in addition, they don't refund money back to your account that taken without permission , I don't recommend anyone to deal with Epoch don't trust them at all be careful of your money , it was very bad experience with them they makes money by us... I was set up with this billing service while using an online community. I unsubscribed from the community and was asked to keep it going for a $1 per month...I did for a few months then called the 800 number to cancel it....it was cancelled for a while and then started billing me again under a different name.
