I always have my carpets cleaned by this company and I am always so happy & satisfied. They have great technicians, friendly & polite. POOR WORKMANSHIP & UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Precision Chem-Dry charged me for the cleaning of 2 rooms, although I was only having one room cleaned, citing "service minimums" when I requested a discount for upgraded deep cleaning service. They offered me a discount on future service as a compromised. Unfortunately, their technician, Mark, did not do a good job so I didn't want to use that particular technician in the future.
