Set up a corporation with these guys about a year ago. What I really liked is that they had someone give me a call after I got my package and went over all the paperwork with me. That's the kind of service you don't really see a lot any more. Have called back and ordered a couple more times and told some people I know about them. They seemed to have been satisfied too. I bought a company and a program where they help me get financing for real estate. They can arrange up to $1 million. Keep in mind the loan must be safe - nothing ridiculous like borrowing more than the property is worth. But if the loan is low loan-to value / loan-to purchase price it works. My partner and I bought an LLC with guaranteed line of credit for real estate. the LLC was delivered but no funding could be found for any property presented especially one with 850K appraisal and loan for 450K. They refused reimbursement and lied to the credit card company, BBB, and told us that we were insignificant people who can't fight their big company power. Having been in the real estate business for 20+ years, I know the value of great service and competent products. I only use Companies Inc. for all Endeavor Inc. clients. We shopped around quite a bit and came back to this company because the people were very nice and helpful and we found their prices to be fair and reasonable for what we received. Many other companies we simply got a recorded message saying someone would call us back. This company is big enough to be open and available during business hours and the people are trained well to answer questions. Happy with what we got. Would use them again. Read More »
