Excellent. I have very old rugs given to me by my parents. Some from Iran and some from Turkey. I found Admiral on the Internet at rugequip.com and was impressed with their site and I went to visit the factory before arranging the pick up. They are very professional and the factory is open to the public. I moved out of area. I have used Admiral for many years and love the work. I shipped my Pakistan Rug for another professional wash since I was it every two years. It was a two week turnaround time for the cleaning and they shipped it back to me. Excellent Service and great prices. I received my area rug and it looked like the day I purchased it.
