We had lots of termites in our 28-unit apartment comples. We called one company which said that we have to fumigate. Since we didn't want to do it, we called Prime Termite. They finished the work today late and did a great job without tenting. I recommend this company, they treated me like a member of family. Read More »

very professional company. also very decent. they financed my contract, also recently they sent me a chack for two referrals I gave them as they promised. At the beginning when they did an inspection I felt very comfortable with them, and my expectations were definitly met. As promised, I am submitting this review for outstanding work the guys from Prime Termite did in my house. It was very convenient for me too. Initially we called this company for fumigating our house since we thought it will solve all the problems. When one of their inspectors arrived, he mentioned lots of other problems and told us that they are as important as fumigation. After we received a very professional 10-page report unlike the other companies, my husband removed some appliances in our bathroom to check since the inspector was very confident that there might be problems which he couldn’t see. The manager of this company is very unclear, and hard to understand. My husband and I felt like he tried to push many unnecessary "preventative" treatments on us. Also, my husband received other quotes, and researched other companies, and this one was the highest. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We were very displeased with this service. I decided to invest a little time to write a review since this company is providing outstanding service. I and my wife are very satisfied, since two other companies wanted to sell us services that would be more profitable for them instead of recommending to do the best quality work. Even though the pricing wasn't my main concern, but they were very reasonable.
