Do not believe these 5star reviews, not even a word. I placed my order for an office set about 4-5 months ago. I am still waiting for the last item to come. It took many phone calls, email, headaches, and frustrations. They do not have any clue what professionalism is! Never trust when they say they are going to call you or email you. They never do!

I have had a very bad experience; I received damaged pieces from them. They refuse to replace them without charge, now I have a furniture with damaged pieces, the customer service(wife?) is very rude and mean. I tried contacting them many times, both by phone and by email. I never received a return call or an email response. I had to resort to filing a complaint through PayPal. They finally responded to PayPal. I guess money talks! But the problems still aren't resolved. Its been more than two months since my original order.

We will be very hesitant about ordering anything major online again. Delivery took much longer than stated. When furniture was delivered it was totally defective (doors hung crooked, hinges misaligned, major cracks in frame, chips and gouges all over). 
Owner refused to take any responsibility and refund our money and pick up his furniture. Had to start a dispute with MC to get our money back.
