WDC is terrible at follow up. We ordered a dishwasher and a Washer and Dryer. Both got delayed in shipping. The followup was non-existent. We ended up canceling the dishwasher and have not been able to get a refund. This company doesn't care about it's customers - they only care about making the sale and will say and do anything to make the sale. Marty was our con-man sales person that seemed so great at first. On July 20, 2012 the Frigidaire top mount refrigerator (which got #3 rating by Consumer Reports) that I purchased from WAREHOUSE DISCOUNT CENTER in MOORPARK was delivered and installed. It was a piece of junk from day 1! WDC HAS NO RETURN POLICY unless the appliance is still in the box unused within 30 days. Well, duh! HOW DO YOU KNOW IT'S BROKEN IF IT'S STILL IN THE BOX!! My experience with WDC was a disaster. Ordered garbage disposal 03/12/12 ($140). Called to check on about 03/26/12, sent to voicemail. Customer service returned my call on 03/30/12. Apologized and told me it would ship 04/04/12. I called back 04/09/12 to check and was told it would now ship 04/10/12. Told them to cancel the order and they told me it would cost me $85 to cancel. $35 re-stocking and $25 EACH way for shipping. Unbelievable. That's why I am posting my displeasure here and elsewh... Horrible experience!(Store is in Agoura Hills, CA). After we unpacked a microwave, we figured out that this microwave is old. Back panel is scratched badly in many different ways. Looks like it was flat on its back in warehouse and drugged from corner to corner for long time. Then they packed this microwave back and sold it to us as brand new. Please don't buy from this company. I ordered a microwave on-line. It took over a month for it to be delivered and then it didn't work. This company refuses to allow returns of broken merchandise. They insist that I have the manufacturer repair it. When I buy a new product, I don't expect to get something I have to have repaired. This company will not stand behind their products! Read More »

The advertisement Warehouse Discount Center (WDC) ran on the internet was deceptive. WDC did not say on the original advertisement no returns or refunds. They also clearly made it look like they are offering a refrigerator, by placing a picture of a side by side refrigerator in the advertisement. BEWARE of this company! Do not have any appliances Shipped. They are untruthful. There is a 20% Restock fee on appliances even if they do not stock them. Customer service is great when they are selling you something. Once the sale is made everything changes. They are no longer helpful and even if the item takes 3 extra weeks after the promised delivery date, they will not allow you to cancel. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Meanwhile. Stay Away from this company! I was told by Kitchen Aid customer service that they suspect this company of selling "scratch and dent" appliances and representing them as "new."I spent almost $10,000 replacing all my kitchen appliances from Warehouse Discount Center.
