I ordered (10)14 in. Wreath forms over a month ago.I got a notification saying that package was delivered, only it wasn’t delivered to my house. I contacted Customer Service to let them know I had not received my package and that I was at home all day. I was told to contact FedEx directly to file a claim. I contacted FedEx and was told that because it was a smart post label, only the shipper could report the incident. I then contact BB again, via email and they say they will file complaint. A... I ordered a flower girl basket from this place recently. I was a little worried because I had not heard of the place before. I saw that someone else ordered ribbon and they were pleased with the quality of it so I ordered from them as well. I did not have any problem getting the product at all. Received an order from B.B. Crafts in a timely manner. The ribbon I purchased was excellent quality. However, I returned part of my order to them but never received a refund. I contacted the company numerous times (i.e. email, live chat) but never received a response back from them. I filed a complaint with the BBB but the company never responded so BBB had to close the complaint. After 3 months I finally received a refund for the products I returned to the company.
