I highly recommend Danny Macovei and Trademark Lending DBA Upfront Home Loans. I started looking at mortgage rates to lower my payment and get some cash for home improvements. I chose Danny because he has 10+ years experience and had the lowest rates. I have to say, this was the easiest loan compared to my past experiences. I got a free loan in the low 3%. Sergio Hernandez was referred to me about a year ago by a friend who lived in my apartment complex. I just closed two loans in about 45 days. I spoke to the guys at Trademark after the typical internet search chaos.
