Everyloan is reachable via phone or email almost 24/7 and will take the time to answer each question thoroughly. I was an out of state refinance client. I made the initial contact January 6, 2013 and the closing was completed Feb. 3, 2013, a little under 1 month. I submitted all the requested documents to them within hours of their request. My original loan was 6.15% fixed 30 years and the new re-fi loan was 3.75% fixed over 30 years. Great company. I have not personally used their services. However, they are a tenant in one of our buildings. Just closed my loan with Everyloan Financial last week and it went so smoothly I decided to write a review which I typically never do. I'm a shopper and checked with two banks I have accounts with and two brokers I've done deals with in the past and these guys beat them all. Like so many others, I also had the Variable Rate adjustment coming due and my loan officer, Mike Pierskalla at Everyloan Financial kept me in his notes for the maturity. This was my second time dealing with Mike and once again he listened to everything I said I wanted, said he would do his best and he did.
