I contacted Everlasting twice. The first time I got cold feet, but when I built up the strength I knew I wanted to work with them. There was something about my first conversation with Carol. We contracted with Everlasting in March, and got our baby in October! This agency is AWESOME. Carol, Jenna, and the rest of the staff at Everlasting Adoptions are WONDERFUL and truly care about both the adoptive families and the birthmothers. Whenever we had questions, they were just a phone call or text away. Never did we feel that they were out of touch. Our adoption experience was such a positive one. We worked with Everlasting Adoptions for about a year and 1/2 and found Carol and the staff to be very supportive and helpful. There were times in the process that they were the only ones we felt we could talk to about what was going on, and they went above and beyond in the emotional support they provided. We are so grateful and blessed with our little boy Josiah. Everyday I am amazed by him. I am so thankful to Carol Shepherd for taking me through every up and down moment we had with the whole adoption process. Everytime on the phone with her I would get off feeling a sense of calmness and knew that God was in control of this journey. Today Josiah is 2 1/2 and a very energetic little boy. After years of trying to have a baby, my husband and I chose the path of adoption. I researched numerous companies and looked at the pros and cons to each. My husband and I adopted out daughter through the help of Everlasting Adoptions 2.5 years ago. I cannot recommend them enough. We highly recommend Everlasting Adoptions. Carol and the staff are wonderful. Though not an agency in the traditional sense, we felt completely supported throughout the process and Carol was available for both us and the birth mother.
