I called this company because another company just gave me a runaround. I went with this other company because their price was $200 lower then Wolfepack. I figured I can save money. I was so so wrong!! The truth was Wolfepack was correct and honest about what needed to be done and the correct price to ship my vehicle from the very beginning. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - On 13 Oct Wolfepack contracted to move truck from MS to WA on or about 21 Oct., gave them $175 deposit. Repeated phone calls and e-mails go unanswered or not returned. Recommend passing on this company I used this company to move a car and will not fall for it a second time. You get what you pay for in this industry it seems. The service was excellent in the beginning, clear communication, e-mails prompt, and a good BBB rating. After they had the money WolfePack became an entirely different animal. They took my order, and kept their word that they would not charge my card until the next day. They were very patient, answered all my questions, and I never felt alone in the process. Scott lied to me about charging my card prior to shipment, doing so immediately after I gave him my card #. The carrier never picked up the vehicle, and Scott promised to get another carrier in "just a few days". after a week passed and I began to POLITELY inquire about an update, he would either put me on terminal hold or never call back. the only customer service contact for this outfit is SCOTT! WolfePack did an excellent job for me. They tried very hard for my business but were NOT aggressive or rude like another business was. They worked and communicated well with me concerning my best options for transporting my car to my son in the Marines. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. WolfePack Transport was the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I never complain and I am usually the one to just let things go but this was so major I just couldn't. If I could give zero stars, I would have. We would not use anyone else besides Wolfepack Transport. We have used them twice to ship our cars from Columbus, Ohio to Los Angeles and both times Scott and Pam have made the process easy and pain free. Our second time we needed to ship the car between the week of Christmas and New Year's. Wolfepack Transport was great. I called them up to ship two cars and they had them picked up the very next day. I previously had the cars with another company who quoted me $275.00 less. I called WolfePack Transport on Friday 10-5-07 to have my car shipped, but I had a problem that the person (my ex-girlfriend) who they were picking up the car from did not want to give me the car back. I contacted Wolfepack Transport on 7-6-2007 and needed my vehicle shipped on 8-15-07. Wolfepack picked up me car on 8-15-07 as I requested and delivered it to me in 7 days. Wolfepack told me that it would be 7-10 days to get my car and they were exactly 7 days. I could not have asked for a better experience then I recieved from Wolfepack Transport. I called WolfePack Transport after I contracted three other companies. I was frusterated that I could not get someone to ship my vehilce. WolfePack Transport saw that three companies were trying to shipo my car and told me that they only could help me if I cancel with the other companies.
