My sister and I recently just purchased our newAltima from Buena Park Nissan and I have to say this was the best experience we've had so far with any of the dealerships we have been shopping around at. The customer service was great, my salesman Israel even came to my house to drop off my remotes and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Intially I went to a different Nissan and the salesman there were jerks so someone referred me to Buena Park Nissan and I was surprised at how welcome they make you feel. I like how they worked with me to get the monthly payment that I was looking for. I also appreciated the fact that they were very patient and courteous even though we were there very late (since I get out of work late). They never rushed me through the process. I did my shopping and re-search online so I knew what car I wanted. I contacted Mr. Riley from Buena Park Nissan via e-mail and everything went smooth from there. I had the worst experience buying a car from this dealership; I referred my sister to the dealership and then my cousin went and traded her car; so the salesman convinced me to come in and look at cars. I eventually after being there six hours purchased a 2011 Versa Hatchback and was over charged, also altered the date on my personal check which was postdated. I have to give the BEST EVER rating for BUENA PARK NISSAN!! I am not easy to please but these guys went above and beyond of what I normally expect from a car dealer. I shopped for my Nisaan Sentra at two other dealers. One didnt even get back to me! The other one which was Cerritos Nissan tried to charge me over MSRP. Couldnt believe it. Bought my 2010 Altima from them. I have had my 2005 Altima serviced by them for the last several years and the service has always been very good. They always wash my car which is a big plus for me. I truly want to express my horrible experience with Nissan of Buena Park, Mr. Hiro Sayama - a scam/ liar Sale Manager - to possibly forewarn others of that unethical dealership. I had an awful experience with this company they mislead, lied and did not honor their aggreement with me. It seemed they would have said anything to get me to sign the deal and then when I did everything they told me went out the window! I was treated like I no longer mattered since I gave them my money. I bought a brand new Nissan 07 Altima from Buena Park Nissan. Everything was great but I noticed a small ding on the right fender three weeks later after I bought the car. I called the dealer and they fixed the dent perfectly no questions asked. Not only did they give me the best deal on the car (I had shopped around for a few weeks) but they treated me great.
