Placed an order 2 1/2 prior to a wedding. They give no option for expedited shipping or estimated delivery. Called 5 days later for an update as they had charged my credit card but not given any status update and customer service could not tell me any status. I requested the order be canceled, as I needed it before the wedding. Customer service is unable to cancel an order and must put in a ticket. I bought the Double Curved Charms Necklace - Sterling Silver Personalized and this necklace is beautiful! I only have one child and it makes it hard to find a jewelery piece for just one child. My son has 2 daughters so my necklace is a mom/grandma necklace. I have my sons name in the smaller circle and his daughters names in the larger circle and their birthstones just complete this lovely necklace. The purchase I made was for the Monogram Heart Tag Silver Bracelet. The product description states the chain length is 7 inches. The product I received was 6 inches. Since my item was personalized I could not return my item which I understood. I asked to have additional links sent to me to provide me with what I paid for and they stated that due to the thickness of the bracelet it does fit more snugly than a finer weight chain and they would unfortunately be unable to do anything to help... Just beware that the jewelry pictured is HEAVILY magnified to make it look larger and of a better quality that what it really is. In reality, it's thin and cheap. The stones in my mother's necklace were so small I could barely make out what birthstones they even were. Very cheap and disappointing compared to how nice the photos are online. And of course, all the "unique" gifts are also "custom" so you cannot return. I would never order from them again. Read More »
