Splendid did a major remodeling project on the house. The crews were on time and did an excellent work! We love the bathrooms and the new kitchen. The contractor is always there supervising the workers and guiding us. I recommended this company to my friends and my sister who were pleased with the work as well. I would NOT do business with this company. They say they do high end work, but don't. Most of the guys who worked on my house seemed to be guys taken straight from the streets. Poor workmanship, squeaky hard wood floors, paint peeling off the house, doors hung unevenly, drafts from new windows( were not sealed right).I did a full remodel and was promised certain material, then " the old bait and switch" Many of my personal tools were stolen from my garage. In this time of tenuous business relationships and unscrupulous business practices, Splendid Construction has maintained high integrity and honest business practices with us. Construction is always touch and go. Problems did arise - as they always will. However, we worked with them and they worked with us.
