My bumper was in pretty bad shape when I found Amazing Bumper online. I had been quoted $200 dollars by a body shop just to assess the damage and upwards of $500 to $2000 to repair the car. I called Luke, sent him a picture of my car and he came the same day to assess the problem and outline a solution. He was on-time, professional, honest, and quoted me a price that was unbeatable. Experience couldn't have been better. He called at the exact minute he was due to say that he was running a few minutes late. He estimated the repair time, then kept me updated all throughout the day when the job ran long due to things out of his control. Despite spending additional time on the job, he insisted on staying with the original estimate, when I offered to pay more. Very courteous. Best of all he did a beautiful job. Luke scheduled a repair with me, never showed up, never called. I waited for two hours, left a message on his voicemail and he never returned my phone call, either. I was very hesitant to have my body work done by Amazing Bumper; however, after speaking to Luke I decided to take a chance as he told me that I did not have to pay for the repair unless it was done to my complete satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the repair. The work was done in my driveway and it is perfect! I did not need to leave my car, pay for a rental and pick it up several days later. Just AMAZING! (Unfortunately), I've had to use Amazing Bumber a couple of times now and the service and quality of their work is, well, amazing! I have an expensive BMW and I defy anybody to spot their work. Also, the convenience of them coming to your location cannot be beat. Finally, their warranty really means something. Thought i would just say a few things about this company, Amazing Bumper. I was uncertain about the results i would recieve from a mobile bumper repair company, not to mention my car is a 2008 mercedes benz, but i was very impressed with the repair that i received.
