For quite some time now I have used Fillserv. My recent experience has soured my opinion of the management of the company. Somehow my old information shipping address etc. got into their computer system. I made an order at 12:30 AM on the 4th. I changed the address before morning and it is now 4 days later and they have not shipped the merchandise. 14 E-mails and one phone call on their part and its not shipped yet.
