I did not feel comfortable with time frames that they gave me to design their auction platform for my use. Once I requested a refund of $1999.00 - which I paid in full up front - they refused to give me the refund stating they had already given me the download access to the software. I pointed out to them they had not given me the codes so I couldn't have downloaded the software and they still refused to issue a refund. After seeing the negative reviews I felt obligated to provide a more balanced picture since my experience with Beyond Solutions was a good one and they actually exceeded my expectations. I had developed a fairly complicated system for auctioning off financial products. I put what I had into an excel spreadsheet along with all formulas etc. I asked Beyond Solutions if they could modify their Visual Auction software to do what I needed. I would recommend looking elsewhere. We have had such a horrible experience dealing with Beyond Solutions. We bought 2 auction software licenses from them to be customized to our needs. We clearly discussed our needs with the sales rep and owner .The owner assured us that they would be able to build the customizations. We were looking for auction software engine to add to our in-house software. The CEO of Beyond Solutions) promised that he had the needed skills and could deliver the needed modifications very quickly. He also asked for a payment up front for software and programming services. He sounded good and was responsive during the sell cycle. After I wired the money things changed.
