We had a great experience with Tweedy Plumbing in our home this morning, fixing a noisy toilet. The plumber told me what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost up front, and he was even quicker than he said he would be. Point of contact person on the phone, possibly the owners son, was horribly rude, belligerent and not at ALL the person I would put on the phone for customers. Based on this experience, I would hang up and try the next person in line. I would never reward a business like this with actual jobs, they clearly are contemptuous of their customer base. Easy to work with...The office gave me a 2hr window with 30min heads-up phone call to my cell so I could meet them back at the house. The plumber gave me the price up front, did the work, cleaned-up (my mess too), collected payment, and then they were out. The plumber was clean, funny and played with my dog. Read More »
