We are happily leaving a review for Group ISO. Our company has been with group ISO for 3+ years now. We have absolutely no complaints. Deea Smith and Group ISO were there for me when I needed credit card services quickly. After the merchant services group I had used for 10 years, they were a breath of fresh air. Deea actually meant what she said. Things got done quickly and questions were not a problem. Everyone was easy to talk to and willing to explain as much as necessary. My experience with Group ISO has been 100% awesome to this point. When I came to them with my credit card banking needs they not only me set up and fully operational within 24 hours they also took the time and patiently explained the transcriptional process to me and my manager one more than one occasion. I can only sing praises to Deea Smith at Group ISO, she leads a great team and has been just so nice to deal with. Any concerns or questions I have, was answered immediately with positive attitude. When I started my business in 2011, I was undecided on which Credit Card services to use. I have to say that my decision to work with Group ISO was one of the best decisions I have made. Evy Guthrie set our account up and was knowledgeable with the whole Credit Card industry. I was brand new to business and needed to accept credit cards as a way of payment. I had called several companys, including my own bank, to handle my business credit cards. I recently worked with Group ISO to set up an account for our website. GISO rates were the most reasonable we found--they weren't the lowest, but the only lower ones had some other nasty hidden fees. My company was recently terminated by Group ISO because of "a change in the industry." We have a .006% charge back rate, had recently had our monthly limit upped to 125k per month, our reserve requirements removed, and had been approved for an AMEX account. Group ISO told us, point blank, that the termination had NOTHING to do with us and our statements back up the fact that we are a great merchant who takes great care of our clients. I am very happy with the level of service my company has received from Group ISO. We previously had a different merchant services provider and had a horrible experience. With Group ISO I have no problem with payments and service. Whenever I call in I am always able to speak with someone or get a call back the same day. All of my questions are answered in full detail. Our company has been looking for a processor for the past several month and Group ISO is the only one that was able to land one for us. The customer service that they provided was excellent! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had to deal between 2 reps, repeated info constantly. One was friendly, made everything sound very nice, then the Executive got on the phone, called me by the wrong name, YELLED AT ME IN EVERY CONVERSATION, didn't listen to what I would say. I needed a credit card processing at a really good rate. I researched a lot of service providers and Group Iso Inc. offered us the best rates and they had really awesome customer service. Being a Non-Profit Agency it is my responsibility to save and cut cost down and Group ISO Inc. did exactly that. Group ISO is the best! I cannot thank you enough always very responsive and professional. After having a bad experience with another merchant we were very careful in choosing a credit card processor. Groupiso.com merchant services screwed me too. Group ISO has stolen In excess of $5,000.00 from me! We had an account with them and things started to change around Nov of 2009.
