This apartment was one of the worst managed apartments I’ve ever experienced. Management was lazy. Maintenance never fixed anything. I lived at 1051 S Wooster for 4 years.. We had to withhold rent multiple times in order for them to fix anything. The windows are terrible, old and slam shut when opened. Safety hazard. Unprofessional, inept, unresponsive. This company cannot do anything right the first time or in a timely manner, and appears to have no training in either customer service or problem solving. If a tenant requires anything from Stern beyond collecting the rent money, that person can expect an uphill battle. Read More »
