Wayne arrived on time, took photos and thoroughly explained what he would do to fix our leaky roof. Then, he successfully completed the repairs, within the estimated time frame and didn't leave a mess behind. This may not sound earth shattering, but believe me, I've hired other roofers and contractors who couldn't begin to fulfill these basic expectations. Beyond having the normal concerns of a homeowner, My wife is particularly sensitive to the inside environment of our house as she has provided high quality child care for many years. Imagine then, a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms. We called Wayne Bass and Web Roofing as they were local (Mission Viejo) and recommended on the Internet. "Web Roofing and Windows did our clay roof and installed new windows and doors almost nine years ago. In that time we had a leak on our other home - rats destroyed the felt - and Wayne and his crew did that repair quickly and professionally. But then , recently, we put him to another test .
