First order arrived 2 days after it's being placed... Ya the package was a bit beat up in shipment.. Could have had a few more air bags to fill the voids... Free shipping what can you expect.. I have used Linyo/Supermediastore.com for the past 3 years for my DVD and CD media. I purchase only Taiyo Yuden because the quality is unmatched by any other brand. We go through A LOT of them and rarely have a failure. The prices are excellent, I always get my shipment within 2 business days and free shipping. What more can you ask for??? I have made a number of orders from this company since around 2004. Each time the order has arrived in a timely manner and the prices are very competitive. I have never needed to use their customer service so I can't comment on that. I have recommended this company to my friends and family on occasion and they have had the same experience. I placed an original order for an item on Oct 6th. After 2 weeks of not receiving it, I called customer service. I was told I had to wait 20 business days before they would initiae a trace (on an item that had no tracking information). After the 20 days I called back and a replacement item was shipped, this time with a tracking number. Nice prices, but the customer service is very rude. I placed an order early Friday morning (6a) and paid premium 3 day shipping rate. One would expect to get the items on Tuesday, am I wrong? OK, it is not shipped until Monday. On Tuesday, my address changes. There was no response to email inquiry. When I call the customer service an agent was just trying to prove me wrong, referring to their shipping policies on the website.
