This Company is a joke! They don’t stand behind their work. Since the completion of plastering and retiling our pool. When they Jack hammered out our old plaster and tiles they cut our pool returns short so after putting in the plaster they decided to angle the pool returns deep into the plaster in an odd angle which is short cutting it and looks ridiculous/cheap. March 2013: Deciding on a company to remodel a pool is stressful because not a lot of personal references out there. After reviewing everything I could on the internet I narrowed it down to 3 companies. This company is awesome. I got four estimates to plaster/plumb/electric/new equipment for our pool. This was the only company that gave me a written estimate the day the salesman came to my home. Two others never even sent an estimate and the other never saw my pool they did it by searching google maps and used a satellite picture of our pool to give me an estimate??? We got several bids on the remodel of our 20+ year old pool. We chose Ultimate because we felt we were getting the most for our money. The sales rep was great, brought all the materials to our home to chose. We told him what we wanted and he wasn't pushy trying to get us to upgrade more than we wanted. The crew was good but we did have to watch for some mistakes that they quickly fixed. Its true that they did leave NO mess behind, which is awesome. We are very happy with the final product!! Ultimate Pool Remodeling did an outstanding job remodeling my pool. My pool was over 20 years old and in desperate need of new plaster, tile, and equipment. They easily had all the work done within 5 working days. They were extremely efficient, sending crews in to do each separate phase of the job.
