The first time I have a problem with my car and guess what? Yep, they won't cover the repair. The BMW shop says it is a sensor (and we all know how many of those there are in cars these days) and that particular one isn't covered. Best bet is to forget using this company or any other seeing how they got an A+ rating on this site and just hope for the best. You'll probably save money in the long run. Motorhome lock broke internally. Had the repair fixed and called westen general. This would have been covered if I called it in while I was camping. Then they told me they would cover if the repair was under $350. Since it was over, ($47 dollars over) they could not pay me any amount.
